I’m a lover of all things flow. Whether it be the physical flow we create in movement or the mental flow we cultivate in mindful practices, flow is at the heart of what I do and how I program my classes.Expect to move your body in all directions with seamless transitions from one series to another.
I’ve been working in the Pilates industry for 4 years. Outside of this, I am studying Psychology.

I am a qualified Pilates instructor and Nutritionist with over five years of experience in the wellness space.Pilates became part of my life when I realised real change doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from moving with consistency and intention.
My teaching style is empowering and technical, both gentle yet challenging. I use tactile corrections and language to bring people into their bodies and help them build strength through correct alignment and breath. I specialise in helping clients develop awareness, capability, and a sense of flow in their movement.
The most important thing to me when leading a class is that everyone feels both capable and challenged. My focus is on building strength and muscle tone in a supportive, sustainable way — while creating a deeper connection to your body and breath that carries you into everyday life.
