Every session emphasises functional movement, precise alignment, and a steady connection to breath — creating a workout that's both effective and mindful.
Suitable for all fitness levels, with thoughtful modifications and progressions offered throughout. Leave each class feeling strong, balanced, and connected.

Please BYO mat or hire one at the studio. Towels are mandatory for these hot classes. With the warmer weather and heated conditions, towels are essential for hygiene and comfort on the mat.

Strength Reformer

Strength Reformer combines traditional Pilates principles with modern strength training — using heavier springs and weights to build real, functional strength alongside the core stability and control Pilates is known for.Each session is intentionally programmed to load the body more than our standard Reformer classes, making it an effective choice for those looking to increase muscle strength, improve power, and deepen their Pilates practice through a more demanding stimulus.
Beginners are encouraged to attend our Signature Reformer Flow first to build foundational technique and confidence before progressing to this class.

Mat Strength

Progressive Reformer is the advanced evolution of our signature Reformer class — designed for students who are ready to take their practice further, build greater strength, and develop a more sophisticated Pilates foundation.Building on the core principles of the Reformer, this class introduces more complex movement patterns, increased load, and refined technique to challenge your body in new ways. With an emphasis on core power, precise alignment, and functional movement, each session is structured to help you progress consistently — getting stronger, more controlled, and more capable with every class.
This is a space to push past plateaus and grow your practice with intention. Expect a full-body workout that demands focus, rewards effort, and leaves you feeling accomplished.
Beginners are encouraged to attend at least 10 Signature Reformer Flows first to build foundational technique and confidence before progressing to this class.
